Tim McAllister operates this personal newsletter. It is separate from DigiCert communications. Subscribing here does not subscribe you to another publication or to DigiCert marketing.

AI incident alerts are a separate opt-in from the essay newsletter. Choosing incident alerts gives permission to email you when a new report is published. Existing newsletter subscribers are not automatically added to incident alerts.

New article alerts and AI Trust Market Report updates are also separate choices. Each has its own confirmation and recipient list. Signing up for one does not add you to another.

The report signup provides a PDF download after you confirm your email through Kit and subscribes you to report updates. No website account is created. Report updates are sent manually to confirmed subscribers of the separate report form. Existing newsletter subscribers are not added unless they choose the report signup themselves.

Information used

Signup is processed by Kit. The report page links to a dedicated signup form hosted by Kit, where you enter your email and choose the report subscription. The report page does not collect or submit your email address. Article and incident signup forms on this website validate your email address and consent before passing your email address to their dedicated Kit forms when those topics are active. This website does not keep a subscriber list or log signup addresses. When you use a Kit form, Kit receives your email address, any other details you choose to provide, and technical information associated with your visit. Subscription and confirmation records are used to deliver the newsletter, manage preferences, and prevent unwanted mail. Depending on email settings, delivery, opens, and link clicks may be recorded to understand how the newsletter is used.

Your choices

Confirm your subscription using the email sent after signup. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a newsletter email. An unsubscribe record may be retained to prevent future unwanted sends. Subscription records may also be kept in private backups for continuity and to preserve your preferences.

The report is an email-confirmed download, with no website sign-in. Downloaded copies can be kept or shared. Unsubscribing stops future report emails; it does not remove copies already downloaded.
